Refund policy
At Stay Groovy, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage. Proof of purchase is required.
Items that have already been worn cannot be returned for a refund. However, worn items may be considered for store credit at our discretion after inspection. Approval for store credit is not guaranteed and will depend on the condition of the item.
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
To start a return, please reach out to contact@staygroovybrand.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
